Description

Responsibilities:
- Program managing (and/or configuring/developing) Proactive Service Experience hashtag#Workflow and hashtag#Account Lifecycle Events solutions within ServiceNow’s Telecom Service Management (TSM) module.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience implementing and/or program managing Telecom Network Operating System (hashtag#NOC) Service Assurance solutions.
- General Telecommunications hashtag#B2B Operations experience, including Order Entry, Order Management, Fulfillment, and Operations processes.
- Experience with ServiceNow Telecommunications product portfolio, including Telecommunications Service Management, hashtag#Telecommunications Service Operations Management (hashtag#TSOM), hashtag#TM Forum data structures, and open hashtag#APIs.
- Comfort and ease in a hashtag#customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentation skills.
- 2+ years of experience as a key resource for ServiceNow solutions in client environments.
- 5+ years of hashtag#ServiceNow experience.
