We are seeking a Program Manager with a strong background in MarkLogic and a proven track record of successful project delivery. With 10 to 13 years of experience, the ideal candidate will drive the execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role demands a strategic thinker who can connect technology solutions with business objectives to propel our company forward

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they align with the companys strategic objectives and meet the set deadlines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize MarkLogic to develop and implement data management strategies that support project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, addressing potential issues and adjusting plans as necessary to ensure success.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and develop contingency plans. - Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Facilitate change management processes to accommodate project updates and changes in scope.
• Evaluate project outcomes, reporting on successes and lessons learned to stakeholders and senior management.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in MarkLogic to apply best practices to projects.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages team collaboration and innovation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on MarkLogic.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
• Experience in managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams. - Adept at risk management and change management processes.
