Qualification:

  • Proven experience in managing ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM projects is required. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM projects to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with other business processes. - Oversee the development of project scopes, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals.
  • Monitor project timelines, budget, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM.
  • Provide training and support to users on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow features and updates to leverage new functionalities. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project expectations and progress.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and implement continuous improvement strategies for future projects.  

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is important.
  • Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies is beneficial.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest ServiceNow developments is valued
