Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM projects to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with other business processes. - Oversee the development of project scopes, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals.
- Monitor project timelines, budget, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM.
- Provide training and support to users on the ServiceNow platform.
- Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow features and updates to leverage new functionalities. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project expectations and progress.
- Evaluate project outcomes and implement continuous improvement strategies for future projects.
Requirements:
