Job Summary
As a Programmer Analyst, you will be working with enablement team which directly works with various FIS products and help integrate their applications with FIS’s Identity and Access platform. You need to have a thorough technical understanding of Federated IAMs and its standards. Acts as a liaison between FIS product team and the internal project team to facilitate resolution for production issues. Works in/with an Agile Development Team and organization to deliver quality service to the customer, with a focus on customer satisfaction by resolving issues within the stipulated SLA.
What You Will Be Doing
Filling a dual development and technical enabling/consulting role, you will be working with internal and client development teams to assist them in integrating with the Infinity IdP application, as well as troubleshooting issues in development and production. You will be the main point of contact for technical support and training and will work on coding enhancements in the core product based on client requirements.
You will analyze, design, code, debug and modify software built in Java and Javascript.
You will deliver patches to QA for testing prior to production deployment.
You will communicate with and help train internal and external clients.
You will write knowledge base entries designed to help other technical users consume and/or integrate to the application.
You will respond to production issues related to the software, and work with the service delivery team to troubleshoot.
What Will You Bring
At least 3 years’ experience as a developer in the Java enterprise environment
Experience with SSO protocols like SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect.
Troubleshooting in Splunk
An in-depth knowledge of REST services.
Hands on knowledge on application deployment in Tomcat, JBoss.
Good knowledge on build tools – Ant, Maven.
Experience with Oracle, MySQL, Postgres.
Exposure to Linux environment.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels.
Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take.
Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed.
Ability to self-manage your time and gauge priorities.
Experience in SNOW & Incident Management.
