Roles and responsibilities:
- Lead project implementation and management for client engagements.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Hands-on experience in project planning and tracking modules and software
- Ensure timely delivery of project completion
- Coordinate with all business functions for requirement-gathering engagements of respective teams
- Define project scope, prioritize work, and develop data transformation project plans, including validation activities, with the team.
- Review project team deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage issues, mitigate risks, and escalations, and be the change champion to contribute to the program's overall success.
- Escalate issues when appropriate. Establish alternate plans for high-impact/high-probability risks.
- Collaboratively manage a program aimed at fulfilling a large volume of roles, working closely with the talent acquisition and onboarding teams.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective risk management.
- Generate regular reports to update stakeholders locally and globally.
- Foster communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Drive process improvement and implement best practices for efficient project delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a technical project/program management role managing cross-functional projects, end-to-end implementation, and deployment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Past Experience as a React Developer (preferred)
- Experience managing multiple clients with strong knowledge of Agile/SCRUM processes.
- Excellent communication skills necessary
- PMP certification (preferred).
- Excellent risk management and reporting abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
