Title: Project Coordinator/Manager
Location: Sunrise, FL or Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)
Job Description:
- 5+ years portfolio, program, project coordination or management experience and leading complex strategic or transformation initiatives
- Knowledgeable of project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Ability to host meetings, create agendas, maintain clear meeting notes, follow up to ensure others complete their assigned actions
- Excellent attention to detail and understanding of the big picture
- Impeccable time management and multi-tasking skills
- Able to produce innovative, creative, and impactful presentations for all levels of leadership with exceptional MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience translating complex information and requirements into clear and defined tasks
- Highly motivated self-starter with ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with excellent organization skills and careful attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances
- Ability to learn quickly and work proactively with minimal direction
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
