Job Description:
Serve as a Project Coordinator and Planner to facilitate a Geoscience, Reservoir Engineering, Drilling & Completions (GGREW) Program in support of an upcoming Greenfield Development. Be the liaison between multiple GGREW and IT related groups to ensure all GGREW and IT business project deliverables fall within the scope and budget of the project.
Coordinate with Project Team, BU/Region representative and with vendors to ensure project schedule is maintained, GGREW and IT requirements are upheld, and the solutions delivered are in line with business expectations. Build and maintain relationships with GGREW project owners and vendors; Understand both GGRE and IT requirements, facilitate communication across disciplines, and ensure that the project is executed in line with the GGREW and IT business expectations.

Responsibilities
Coordinate the business needs and requirements with GGREW and IT teams across various workstreams for the successful delivery of program level execution plan by the end of 2024
Develop framework to align the core project team, Technical and Steering Committee to align on the key project decisions
Manage and Deliver Project Updates and Communication to the key stakeholders on a timely manner
Develop and maintain detailed Program Execution Plan including tasks, resources, timeline using Microsoft Project, Planview, Primavera, SharpCloud
Develop and maintain risk management matrix, decision register, actions item tracking and progress tracking, published regularly to shared Teams site
Develop Change Management and Training Model using ADKAR Model
Hold Vendor, Project team & BU/Regions accountable on the scope delivery and commitment
Develop process and tools to optimize resource allocation
Schedule, host and capture summary and actions from GGREW and IT project meetings

Qualifications
Expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Strong Background in project management methodologies and tools, preferably PMP certified
Strong Organizational Change Management skillset
Understanding of Cloud and GGREW IT Compute Environment and industry standard software
General knowledge of analytical tools (Spotfire)
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments
Must be able to prioritize requests and multi-task
