Project Coordinator/Project Manager

Requirements:

o Role supports Branch Operations Manager (Liaison Team).

o Travel Coordination and Expense Reconciliation for Project Team (work with BUF) / Accounting Department Staff Contributor.

o Note-taking for Core Team Meetings.

o Maintenance of Project SharePoint to include filing and archiving of project documentation.

o Experience with the MS Suite of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and (desired) Visio.

o Ability to Manage Up.

o Maintain Composure under High Pressure.

o Experience with managing project / program budgets.

o Change Management experience to include Senior Leadership Communications.

o Own escalated impediments and raise issues to the Project Sponsor if they cannot be resolved in a timely manner.

o Continuously work with teams and deliver project objectives and deliverables.

o Support Core Team in logging Risk, Issues, Actions, Decisions, and Dependencies between stakeholders.

o Gather and report status and progress metrics, as needed.

o Build and maintain relationships with lines of business, teams, management, and key stakeholders supporting the Liaison / Core Team.

o Ability to create release plans and roadmaps needed for existing product or platform releases.

o Advanced skills in influencing, negotiating, and persuading to reach agreeable exchanges and positive outcomes.

o Advanced skills in building effective relationships through rapport, trust, diplomacy, and tact.

o Advanced problem-solving, collaboration, critical thinking, team building, and presentation skills.

o Advanced verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

o Advanced word processing, spreadsheet, diagramming, and presentation software skills.

o Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a matrixed environment.

o Advanced skills to deliver presentations to virtual and in-person teams.
