Bridgestone's corporate engineering team, Process Systems Development (PSD), is currently seeking a Lead Project Engineer to manage capital projects. The ideal candidate will be an engineer with expertise in construction management. This expertise will be developed through experience working as a Project Manager or Construction Manager with an Owner, AE, or GC on industrial construction projects. Experience with tire manufacturing or rubber processing is preferred but not required. Candidate should align with PSD guiding principles; being hard working, committed to excellence, and continuously expanding and sharing their knowledge base. Candidate will deliver professional services to individual plants with positive customer-like interaction and regular follow-up. This position requires domestic and international travel nominally at 50%, with blocks of time at higher and lower percentage.
