| Job Purpose*
| GSK is undertaking a large and complex programme to separate its currently integrated consumer business into a standalone legal and operational entity. The new entity will become one of the largest Consumer Healthcare companies in the world, offering many well-known and trusted brands. The Core Technology stream operates as one part of the overall business separation programme and is accountable for timely delivery of infrastructure, tools and capabilities to support effective operations from day-one of the new organization. Enterprise Service Management & Global Operations (ESM&O) owns and is accountable for Enterprise Service Management ecosystem, Global Service Desk and Site Services. This role will lead ESMO transition activities for the ServiceNow & Tooling Stream. This covers all the Consumer business and users located within the GSK sites worldwide The purpose of this role is to ensure efficient transition of ESMO key service stream (ServiceNow & Tooling) This role partners with ESMO service owners to ensure minimal business disruption during the transition. This role will liaise with EMSO leaders, current in-role market leads and partner with the strategic partner transition team to ensure governance and adherence to transition plans and processes. The intent of this role is to provide project support and management through the transition period.

| · Service Management– working with strategic partners service teams to ensure managed services are delivered efficiently, effectively and exemplary to all end users across the site/markets in this role scope. Build collaborative network across multiple business stakeholders and tech partners to identify, plan and execute service improvements. · Communication and change management – Support gap assessment across markets to ensure visibility and solution design with strategic partner. Ensure effective communications delivered by the appropriate leaders. · Project Accountability– coordination of any local infrastructure assigned tasks through strategic partners, core tech, BU tech groups and/or local site facilities for the site/market in remit. · Experience with ServiceNow platform, tooling integration – understating of tooling integration with legacy platforms is desirable · Experience engaging with external strategic providers and establishing service management frameworks to support both internal, external providers across platforms, infrastructure and support
