Join our dynamic team at ITC, where you'll lead groundbreaking projects in the Kitchen & Bath domain. We're looking for a seasoned Project Management leader to support our growing needs and execute upcoming NPD/CPD projects with precision and excellence.

Role & Responsibilities: 
🔹 Lead projects at India Technical Center in Pune 
🔹 Collaborate with global business teams 
🔹 Manage customer interactions, scope definitions, and project/resource planning 
🔹 Execute Engineering Projects (Kitchen & Bath, Faucets, Others) and VAVE projects 
🔹 Ensure timely project execution with internal teams, suppliers, and customers 
🔹 Conduct daily/weekly meetings and follow-ups 
🔹 Document and publish project reports 
🔹 Drive project execution with disciplined Project Management 
🔹 Initiate and generate operational metrics reports 
🔹 Implement methods to improve productivity and efficiency 
🔹 Support ISO team with flawless project documentation

Qualifications & Experience: 
✔️ Excellent written and spoken English 
✔️ Strong presentation skills 
✔️ Expertise in stakeholder management with global counterparts (US, APAC, EMEA) 
✔️ Robust Project Management skills with 8+ years of experience (4+ years in core PM roles) 
✔️ Proficiency in documentation and attention to detail 
✔️ Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T

Preferred: 
✨ 10+ years of experience (6+ years in PM roles) 
✨ Experience with MS Project & related tools 
✨ Engineering or Manufacturing background 
✨ Data Management and analytics experience 
✨ Engineering design exposure 
✨ Manufacturing process exposure 
✨ PMP Certification
