Location: Edinburgh (Remote)

Project Management/Analyst – Web Publishing

Primary need:

o Direct publishing experience is desirable but not mandatory. 

 

o Should have worked on projects associated with document publishing or web publishing/CMS, it is preferred over others.  

 

o Stakeholder management experience

 

o Business analysis experience (particularly requirements gathering and documentation)

 

o Strong oral and written communication skills

 

o Planning and organizational skills

 

o Financial Services background

 

Who are we looking?

· At least 2-5 years of professional experience in Publishing – Web Content 

 

· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with superior data entry and quality control skills

 

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with large teams and global stakeholders.

 

· Results driven and passionate about process and governance.

 

· Experience in financial services industry would be a plus.  

 

Roles & Responsibilities

· Publish documents, according to standard processes and procedures, including quality control - You will support the publication of documents on the company’s global network of websites.

 

· You will review and validate publishing requests, interact with document owners, and content authors globally to address individual support issues or required changes to submissions, and implement publishing requests globally using a literature administration system.

 

· Complete work within SLAs

 

· Create, maintain, and leverage dashboards/reports in JIRA to project manage the publishing workload.

 

· Communicate with stakeholders globally on publishing and support requests.

 

· Ability to manage multiple tasks.

 

· Participate in operational improvement initiatives.
