Job Description:   

Responsibilities:  

Works closely with management and business leaders to create program scope, objectives and risk assessment. 

Works closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to ensure requirements align with program objectives 

Anticipates issues and drives countermeasures to ensure programs meet intended objectives. 

Directs and coordinates activities of program personnel to ensure programs progress on schedule and within budget while meeting established customer requirements. 

Resolves people and team dynamic issues for the effective performance of the program team in completing their assignments. 

Manages intra-program dependencies and their interrelationships, and their impact upon other programs and projects. 

Schedules and leads timely status review meetings. 

Escalates issues and mitigation recommendations to upper management. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business (or similar technical discipline) and at least 7 years experience in project management, product management, or software development is required 

Experience leading & managing Agile development teams supporting enterprise applications of 50,000+ users is required 

PMP Certification strongly preferred. 

Experience with change management preferred 

Key Competencies: 

Experience managing enterprise applications with 50,000+ users with an Agile development process from concept to production 

Knowledge of software development project metrics 

Business and financial acumen, and experience in business case development and scenario planning. 

Proven ability to integrate business, marketing, and technical elements of a new product development program, including anticipating issues and driving countermeasures and issues to closure. 

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. 

Experience with project management software 

What is this role going to do 

Establish and conduct checkpoints/milestone reviews monthly to ensure progress 

Plan and facilitate concept/design reviews 

Maintain and manage effective risk register, drive mitigations 

Connect & manage V2 objectives to Walmart contract deliverables and other stakeholder needs 

Maintain overall resource plan, ensure V2 is accurately represented in resource prioritization discussions 

Work with ETC development team to create estimates of delivered value and expected value 

Work with product owner, product manager, and development team to identify key “MVP” milestones 

Work with marketing, commercial team, and service team to establish coordinated launch plan for TracKing V2
