REQUIRED SKILLS

1. High level of expertise in communications domain;
2. Expertise in identifying and defining problems, analysis and developing recommendations;
3. Extensive experience managing consulting engagements;
4. Specialist in managing the engagement financials & operations;
5. High level of ethics, judgment, communication and people skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
• Certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM) preferred.
• Experience with Agile software development and release methodologies preferred
