• Acts as the primary point of intake for DevOps product team
• Owns the product end to end including the technical and functional roadmap
• Evangelizes a strong customer focus, serving as the voice of the customer with engineering resources to support technology investments.
• Leads product grooming and sprint planning sessions with appropriate engineering resources
• Act as functional SME for the development team
• Develops a high level understanding of all products and technology managed by the team
• Ensures Operational support and monitoring for the managed products
• Partners with business and internal/external stakeholders to understand current customer experiences, identifies areas of opportunity, creates the product vision and product roadmap.
• Partners with the Business to articulate product scope, ROI and benefits
• Manages the prioritization of the product backlog with key development and business stakeholders
• Collaborates with stakeholders and engineering to plan product releases
• Views the big picture of challenges facing customers (policy, process, technology) and creatively defines solutions
• Effectively communicate product details (design, technical, functional) to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Actively engages in team's support channels and helps answers/triage stakeholder questions
