Title: PROJECT MANAGER /BUSINESS ANALYST
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Long term contract
Responsibilities
·        Lead the requirements gathering and analysis efforts towards final solution design and development.
·        Work with Business Stakeholders, Internal and external technology stakeholders, Testers
·        Analyze the business processes and refine them in line with business requirements and testing automation requirements
·        Work independently as well as in a team towards final deliverables
·        Communicate with stakeholders
Must Have Skills
·        Strong client orientation, requirements gathering, Elaboration, Documentation and driving requirements discussions.
·        Ability to assimilate disparate information and pursue leads to define problem statement
·        Self-starter who can work independently
·        Strong in requirement gathering and analysis (ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an inquiring mind)
·        Experience with Capital Markets/ wealth management
·        Experience with Fraud & DB
·        Ability to analyze business processes to suggest process improvements
·        Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities- Strong desire for exploring, evaluating and understanding new technologies
·        Strong oral and written communication skills

Education

Any Graduate
