Project Manager III

Job Description:

The Project Manager 3 acts a project manager for the IRIS modernization project project - a large multi-year project to replace a mission critical and highly automated case management system used by over 300 staff. The project manager, under direction of the DVR IT Manager, helps:

• Identify project goals, needs, and scope
• Plan and monitor tasks throught the project
• Ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed on time and on budget
• Identify and manage resources needed to complete the project
• Develop communications plans and maintain communication between project team members, stakeholders, and sponsors
• Removal blockers and barriers to project success
• Ensure a quality deliverable
