The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects related to Lenel systems. As a Lenel Certified professional with extensive experience, the Project Manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget while adhering to Lenel standards
Roles and responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects involving Lenel security systems, adhering to established timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, developers, and QA testers, to ensure alignment and integration of Lenel solutions with existing systems.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient utilization and optimal performance.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues and minimize project disruptions.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to security system implementation.
- Manage customer expectations and relationships, addressing concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
