We are looking for an Amazing: Project Manager

Seniority: Mid (3-5 years)

Type of position: Hybrid from Lisbon. Candidates must be in Portugal already!

The amazing you, will have:

• Bachelor or above in Engineering
• 4-5 years' experience as Project Manager
• PMP certification would be a plus
• Stand up presentation/facilitation skills
• Project management skill
• Change driver;
• Ability to turn strategy into executable work plan
• +4 years of experience in project management or team lead
• Deep knowledge of agile principles and methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Experience on analysis, planning, organization and prioritize tasks
• Good communication, collaboration and team development skills
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy and proactivity
• Team spirit
• Available to work near Lisbon or Oporto on a hybrid model is a BIG plus
• Fluent English mandatory, written and spoken
• French is a big plus
