Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in successfully leading system implementations, preferably in ServiceNow but not required.
Professional experience in higher-education preferred but not required.
Development of agendas and leading stakeholder meetings.
Process modeling documentation.
Developing requirements documents, reports, specifications, and analysis.
Experience in developing and successfully executing new system implementation plans.
Experience in planning and organizing meetings and meeting agendas.
Experience in monitoring project schedule and budget.
