  • Ability to understand Client Division of Institutional Planning and Operations (IP&O) business functions and processes, while translating them into system requirements.
  • Excellent group facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to provide weekly, monthly, and ad hoc status reports reflecting tasks, action items, due dates, and budget items.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in successfully leading system implementations, preferably in ServiceNow but not required.
  • Professional experience in higher-education preferred but not required.
  • Development of agendas and leading stakeholder meetings.
  • Process modeling documentation.
  • Developing requirements documents, reports, specifications, and analysis.
  • Experience in developing and successfully executing new system implementation plans.
  • Experience in planning and organizing meetings and meeting agendas.
  • Experience in monitoring project schedule and budget.
