Project Manager - Services Grant Consulting

A  St. Paul, MN client has a need for a Project Manager Consultant related to a grant for recruiting, implementing, and evaluating treatment homes and wraparound services. Primary Responsibilities Oversees the work of community engagement contractors to inform treatment home options Manages the contracting process to ensure appropriate vendors are selected for delivery of services Collaborates with staff leaders from multiple departments as strategies are developed and implemented Manages and/or creating a process to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of services Oversees the training development and delivery process Works with service organizations to obtain, aggregate, analyze, and develop a summary report in a consumable format Mandatory Qualifications B.S. or B.A. degree (4 year) (or Associates degree, plus an additional 5 years’ experience) 5+ years experience in a project management role Experience managing process development Experience managing vendor contracting processes Experience evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of primary project deliverables Intermediate level skills MS Office Suite Desired Skills Note: Diverse and bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
