Project Manager Specialist

Title: Project Manager Specialist 
Location: Onsite (Hybrid) in Virginia

Job Type: W2 contract to hire


Required Skills: This position is comprised of a mix of responsibilities including but not limited to business/systems analysis, project management, and some light testing.
- Must have demonstrated experience with stakeholder management. Must have had hands on experience supporting Agile methodology. Project execution experience is required, but it is worth noting that this position is more governance focused.
Experience in:
-Running complex projects with small-size budget and scope spanning across several systems
-Running projects using software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodology, Application Maintenance Change Process (AMCP) and project management life cycle (PMLC)
-Strong experience in project management processes:
Budget management and resource management
Communication
Risk management
Scope and change request management
Schedule management
Internal controls and quality management
Excellent communication, influencing and collaboration skills.
Good organization, presentation and customer service skills
