Project Manager

The Office of Information Technology supports the JTLIMS application for various divisions within DFS. The candidate shall have extensive expertise in JusticeTrax LIMS application architecture, development, and implementation, specifically in building custom reports supporting a forensic laboratory. The candidate should have specific expertise in building dashboards, reports, and JT LIMS customization's, with the ability to evaluate business needs and translate them into technology specifications. Proven skills in application development and ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a cross-functional and Rapid Application Development environment. Required Skillsets. · 16+ yrs. in progressive consulting leadership role, providing full lifecycle services in enterprise environment · 16+ yrs. managing, coordinating, and establishing priorities for entire project lifecycle · Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience · Expert-level experience in JTLIMS design and development - 15 Years · Knowledge of database management concepts, principles, and methods, including database logical and physical design, normalization, and storage capacity – 15 Years · Experience working on a CrimeLab as technical resource. – 5 Years
