Job profile: Project Manager (with Scrum)

Duration: 16+ months contract

Job Description:
- Should have proven Project Management skills. 
- Scrum Master to support development.
- Facilitates the scrum process on scrum teams with significant cross-functional impacts involving project, non-project, or maintenance work.
- Guides the scrum team(s) and organization to follow generally accepted Agile/Scrum practices and daily activities to actively promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint.
- Runs project meetings, sets agenda, reviews action items and hold with team members accountable to ensure project deliverables are being met.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across different teams.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.  Ability to effectively communicate progress, status and escalate issues to various audiences including vendors and senior leaders. 
- Experience with banking domain/capital market projects
