Project Supervisor

Role Description

There are (2) full-time on-site roles for a Project Supervisor; (1) in New Hampshire on project sites located primarily in the 3 major lake areas of New Hampshire and (1) in Massachusetts primarly located in the metro Boston area.

 The Project Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects, managing schedules, resources, and ensuring quality standards are met. Candidate will also heavily communicate with clients and subcontractors. They will also be involved in project planning, problem-solving, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

5+ years of

Project construction & supervision, and scheduling skills

Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods and licenses

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure

Experience with budget management and cost control

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field experience

OSHA certification and LEED accreditation are a plus
