What you’ll be doing…

You will work closely with other team members in designing, developing, and executing

automated tests to ensure that all new code is functioning properly and that the system

requirements have been successfully implemented. Responsibilities include:

Define, document, and execute detailed test plans to exercise system functionality. 
Utilize open-source tools or develop custom scripts for automating tests involving both back-

end processing systems and front-end Web-based GUIs.

Use technical skills to troubleshoot user interface, application, or backend systems/database

issues.

Participate in project review meetings, providing testing metrics/status and notifying

management of critical failures and missed milestones.

Use bug-tracking software to track and report issues.

You’ll need to have:

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience 


Four or more years of relevant work experience 
2+ years of Linux experience 
2+ years of Python and Java experience 
2+ years of Powershell experience 
Working knowledge of GitHub 
Familiarity with CICD tools such as Jenkins 
Must be able to pass a background investigation as a condition of employment. 
Must be willing to work partial US hours. 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm IST.

Highly Desired Skills:

College degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant engineering field 
Experience with Python 
Shell scripting experience 
Working MySQL Database knowledge 
Experience with creating and maintaining test automation tools 
Exposure to networking devices, servers, storage, and VMware products 
Strong problem-solving skills 
Strong work ethic, integrity, and communication skills 
A high degree of initiative with a passion for learning technology
