QA Engineer (Manual Testing & SQL)

We’re Hiring: QA Engineer (Manual Testing & SQL)
Location: Bengaluru, India
Experience: 6 - 10 Years

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute manual software tests for complex hardware/software systems.
Develop, implement, and maintain User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and API automation testing.
Identify and track software defects to closure, ensuring all issues are resolved effectively.
Analyze logs and databases to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
Build both generic and customized setups for testing.
Reproduce issues efficiently and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
Define and maintain Software Quality Assurance (SWQA) documents such as Software Test Plans (STP) and Software Test Designs (STD).

Critical Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a QA role.
Hands-on experience in testing multi-disciplinary systems.
Proficiency in SQL for data validation and integrity checks.
Strong experience working in a Windows OS environment.
Experience with AWS ecosystem is a significant advantage.
Good understanding of system testing, APIs (internal and external), and communication protocols.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
SQA certification or ITCB certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
