QA/Service Now Lead
Austin, TX (Day-1 onsite)

Evaluate the requirements and document the test scripts.
Service Now Administration 
Execute the test scripts as part of the manual QA validation.
Lead the team of QA testers providing them the needed guidance and suggestions for effective test results.
Coordinate with the manual QA Testers and Developers to evaluate the automation requirements and perform detailed analysis for the automation solutions on UI(Selenium with Test NG, ATF), API(Soap UI) and Mobile(Appium).
Review/Develop the solutions adhering to the Help Central Standards, user experience and functionality without impacting/conflicting with other projects.
Provide development effort for automation requirements. Document detailed solution and perform unit testing for every project/sprint related radars
Ensure all defects are addressed within the Sprint cycle or move it as a requirement to the next sprint cycle in agreement with AppleLeads
Ensure all radars are closed prior to providing sign-off for the track sprint cycle
Provide heads up to AppleLeads in the instance of defect risks related to functionality and development completion timelines
Optimize the code/functionalities progressively for each module/track when working on the related automation radars.
Participate in team meetings and conduct weekly meetings and monthly defect analysis meetings
Document radars regularly with required updates and update the QA tool on effort spent per radar
Co-ordinate with QA and respective Dev track leads for supporting the UAT regression including fixing the automation defects.
Ensure timely communications and coordination with the QA for effective regression and automation coverage with stability. 
Evaluate any non automated features and plan a roadmap in coordination with Apple Leads.
Support the Virtualization framework setup for the automation. Support the Performance testing framework.
Support and plan the activities for the platform upgrade to evaluate automation framework and work on the required fixes to support upgrades.
Conduct the knowledge sharing sessions with the QA teams and automation teams - including vendors.
