Description

Responsible for the implementation and support of quality initiatives within assigned areas, specifically to support the implementation of Commercial LOBs into QNXT

Serve as a liaison between internal/external customers and IT for business definition, scope, testing and implementation to ensure quality, efficiency, effectiveness, and customer knowledge to improve business practices

Elicit requirements, document requirements, and drive these projects for the business areas as SMEs

Analyze designs and prepares application/system specifications for information systems solutions which address business needs and methods for testing and installing them

Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user defined needs

Provide change management support to assigned project

Develop change and data management documentation based on Program requirements

Ensures that customer requirements are implemented and reviews changes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of Business Analyst experience or related field

Front-end QNXT benefits configuration experience

Operational experience within at least one of the QNXT domains: Claims/Encounters, Membership, Benefits, Provider, and Contracts

Strong background in project implementations, testing, requirements gathering & documentation
