Quality Assurance Analyst

Beard Factor by JR is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing team. Our company is dedicated to providing top-quality beard care products to our customers, and we need someone with a keen eye for detail to ensure that our products meet our high standards of excellence.

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our products are of the highest quality and meet all regulatory and industry standards. You will work closely with our development, production, and marketing teams to ensure that our products are safe, effective, and meet the expectations of our customers.

Key responsibilities:

- Conduct regular quality control checks on our products, including but not limited to ingredient analysis, packaging inspection, and performance testing.

- Identify and report any product defects or issues, and work with the production team to resolve them promptly.

- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure consistent quality across all product lines.

- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to beard care products, and ensure that our products meet all requirements.

- Collaborate with the development team to test and validate new product formulas and formulations.

- Work with the marketing team to gather and analyze customer feedback and reviews, and make recommendations for product improvements.

- Train and educate production and warehouse staff on quality control processes and standards.

Qualifications:

- A year of experience in quality assurance.

- Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards for beauty and personal care products.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot potential quality issues.

- Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for delivering high-quality products and a commitment to continuous improvement.
