About the job
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the development of new features and capabilities for a B2B API gateway.
Perform various types of testing, including unit, integration, functional, system, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Design and execute test plans, create detailed test cases, and manage test progress using test management tools.
Ensure high-quality application performance through performance testing using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner.
Automate test processes using tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, or Appium.
Required Skills:

Contact Center Experience: Experience with Genesys or similar platforms.
Automation Tools: Proficiency in Selenium, TestComplete, or Appium.
Programming Languages: Familiarity with Java, Python, or C#.
API Testing Tools: Knowledge of Postman and Rest-Assured for API testing.
Database and SQL: Strong understanding of databases and SQL queries.
Performance Testing: Experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools.
Agile Methodology: Understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.
Test Management Tools: Experience with JIRA, Zephyr, or TestRail.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and ability to write clear, comprehensive test plans.
Qualifications:

5-7 years of relevant experience in software testing and automation.
Hands-on experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and test automation.
