Quality Assurance Engineer

So, what’s the role all about?

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, Contact Engine expert and advocate, the focus is on delivering exceptional implementations, analysis, and support to clients globally. You'll start by collaborating closely with teams in the EU and US, ensuring smooth implementation and providing ongoing support. As Contact Engine expands into APAC, you'll lead the charge in implementation, quality assurance, and support for local clients, working closely with the Manila team to maintain high the standards across regions.

How will you make an impact?

Become an expert in ContactEngine solution design and implementation consultancy.
Collaborate with global teams to build, test, and support customer journeys using internal tools.
Learn and document clients’ business processes to define requirements for automated transactions and proactive customer journeys.
Document End-to-End Application Integration Specifications.
Configure, perform E2E testing, debug, and deploy the SaaS platform based on client requirements.
Utilize data analytics to optimize ContactEngine customer journeys, write SQL queries, and build reports and dashboards.
Write and debug JavaScript code snippets, design and test APIs, assist in training new specialists, and provide on-call support to global customers.

Have you got what it takes?

3+ years experience in implementation/professional services/consulting roles.
Graduated with a degree in Computer Science/Business Analytics/Data Analytics/STEM.
Knowledge of basic programming languages and data structures, as well as data analysis and SQL.
Experience in manual and automation testing
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning.
Ability to work successfully in a team-oriented, highly collaborative environment.
Willingness to work in shifting schedules.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

Technical expertise in data structure extraction and summarization.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Selenium, Confluence, C#, SQL, HTML, CSS, and Python.
Experience with integration tools and application knowledge of Excel, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
