Job Description:
Describe the role and the key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing daily:
drive proper Client change management process and change methodology across lending project releases. Drive to audit metric and resolve findings.
a. Tableau reporting and metrics examination
b. Creating JIRA dashboards and filters report on them
c. Identify gaps and deficiencies and act to approve
d. Stay connected with automation, tools, change and process centralized team to communicate updates to lending team as a whole
e. Create and review monthly reporting with CIO and senior leadership on the health of the portfolio, gaps and action items
Describe the required must have technical skills, tools, or experience:
Very strong communication skills and ability to communicate with senior leadership on report details and outcomes
Team player
Thorough Understanding of Change management / QE process methodology within Agile is a must
Experience with JIRA
Ability to create and maintain Confluence pages’
Ability to execute and examine QE metric reports to identify gaps and priorities related to KPIs
Ability to perform, report on and drive solutions to incident root cause analysis
Nice to have: banking domain knowledge
Bachelors or equivalent experience – required
