Job Designation

In support of the Flow Control business, the Business Operations Analyst consolidates and manages data inputs from a variety of sources for the General Manager and site leadership teams. Defines key performance parameters and creates reports to track progress against projects and other initiatives, including budget tracking and financial forecasting, project evaluation and monitoring, customer review prep, project progress and performs any data analysis and reporting relevant to project tasks. The Business Operations Prime also maintains the schedule for data inputs and reporting with the various stakeholders.

Job Core Responsibilities

Coordinates internal and external reports; gathering, analyzing and summarizing data and information for project teams.

 

  • Support consolidation of customer presentations
  • Consolidate customer recovery plans
  • Support data consolidation for onward sharing: eg All Hands meetings
  • KPI Decks – Key business drivers and customer focus (VOC)
  • Consolidate data and write draft President reports
  • Coordinate staff meetings and meeting minutes
  • Manage follow through on specific project RAILS
  • Maintain Organizational charts current
  • Visitor/customer coordination activities / background checks

     

Job Specifications

Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree
