QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN

RESPONSIBILITIES

• First Article, In-Process, and Final Inspection of complex Parts and Assemblies.
• Mechanical inspection using Height gage, Digital Calipers, Micrometers, typical shop gaging.
• Ability to read blue prints and machine shop drawings.
• Must be able to understand and interpret GD&T.
• Developing and improving best practices for inspection and quality control.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure we are producing quality machined parts.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of the final inspection process.
• Ability to meet customer expectations and requirements.
• Technical writing capabilities (NCR and CAR).
• Must be able to communicate with all levels of management.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Systems procedural applications.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized inspection work area.
• Must be detail oriented and a team player.
• Lift material up to 40lb.
• Other duties as assigned by management
