Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled RAN Advanced Operations Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing the performance of our Radio Access Network (RAN) infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on O-RAN technologies. You will play a critical role in ensuring network efficiency, reliability, and scalability while driving innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize RAN performance metrics to ensure optimal network quality and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement O-RAN architectures and solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing network infrastructure.
• Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and develop action plans to address identified problems.
• Perform data analysis and utilize tools to enhance network planning and capacity management.
• Lead initiatives to evaluate and deploy new RAN technologies, focusing on automation and efficiency improvements.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of RAN-related incidents, providing expert guidance to field engineers.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to RAN performance, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Stay current with industry trends, standards, and best practices related to RAN and O-RAN technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in RAN performance management and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of O-RAN architecture and technologies, including Open fronthaul, Open RAN interfaces, and orchestration frameworks.
• Proficiency in network performance monitoring tools and data analysis software.
• Experience with network configuration management and fault management systems.
• Familiarity with mobile communication standards (LTE, 5G NR).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
