React Developer

Job Description

What You’ll Get to Do:

· Perform hands-on React Development, adoption of modern software engineering & delivery practices using React, Typescript, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML DOM, HTML5, CSS3, single page web application and client side MVC architecture. Optional: Spring Boot Java

· Design and implement of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications

· Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic

· Implementation of security and data protection

· Demonstrate a passion for learning and willingness to adopt new technologies

· Contribute to a culture of innovation, ideas, and continuous improvement along with a great attitude, solid communication skills, willingness to learn and collaborate

· Ensure clear documentation of created/modified functionality

· You will also be responsible for interfacing and influencing with the business lines as well as others across IT

What You’ll Bring with You:

· Strong experience with React, Typescript, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML DOM, HTML5, CSS3, single page web application and client side MVC architecture.

· Experience with data-driven web development

· Experience building data visualizations using JS libraries

· Extensive use of APIs and strong understanding of HTTP and REST architecture.

· Experience in developing secure web applications and knowledge of application vulnerabilities

· Willing to work with the team and other developers across the company to continuously improve our approach to development

· Have strong critical thinking skills.

· Excellent communication skills - the ability to liaise with and influence a range of internal and external stakeholders.

· Should have a Bachelor degree
