React Native Lead with mobile Development

Role : React Native Lead

Location : Parsippany, NJ

Mode : Hybrid(Day 1 Onsite) 3 days Onsite and 2 days Remote.

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in product based SW development with demonstrable previous experience as Native Mobile developer.
• Strong exposure in Mobile platforms (Mandatory - Android or iOS Platforms).
• Mandatory development experience in Native or Hybrid Mobile application development.
• Strong knowledge of Architecting, Designing and Developing full stack products, involving Mobile and Experience APIs
• Knowledge of Front-end Technologies: HTML5 Angular, JavaScript and CSS.
• Proven ability and curiosity to quickly learn new technologies and a keen interest in working with global team for solving complex business needs.
• Strong background in innovation development projects and comfortable with managing the funnel from relatively vague requirements to well defined project with committed stakeholders.
• Develop proof of concepts (POCs) and solutions to check if the recommended solution is feasible with the existing system/framework.
• As an Architect, you are responsible for owning the complete application/program technically end to end right from requirement till deployment.
• Should have good experience managing a team of analysts, developers and drive delivery technically with team.
• Responsible for translating designs wireframes into high quality code.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving
• Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision.

Working experience in retail industry would be an advantage.
