Conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify opportunities for enhancing processes and business operations as they relate to our talent and recruiting functions
Develop and propose actionable talent and recruiting process improvements, overseeing technical implementation in Greenhouse where necessary.
Lead talent and recruiting process improvement projects from inception to implementation, employing a structured approach including process discovery, data analysis, user interviews, and process mapping.
Evaluate the impact of talent and recruiting process changes using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality control, cost reduction, customer satisfaction, etc., providing regular reports to stakeholders.
Ensure transparent communication and project status updates, delivering constructive feedback and comprehensive reporting on key objectives.
Effectively manage change within owned projects, navigating stakeholder expectations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams including the Talent, Recruiting Coordination, Project Management Office, Strategy and Planning, People Analytics, and Operations and Technology departments.

Familiarity with ticketing and information management systems, facilitating efficient project tracking and documentation
