Description
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Experience in inhouse recruitment is preferable.
Proven experience in a leadership role within recruitment.
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment processes.
Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Allocate resources effectively and ensure the team meets hiring targets.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to build a diverse talent pipeline.
Establish relationships with industry associations, universities, and other talent sources.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
Work with the marketing team to enhance the company's employer brand.
Promote the organization as an employer of choice in the IT industry.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for senior management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment processes and reduce time-to-fill.
