Description

Sales:

1. Responsible for architecting the sales strategy and execution of sales plan for region to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

2. Own and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts

3. Create and deliver account strategies to win big contracts.

4. Prepare financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.

5. Strengthen market presence by strategizing next steps, negotiating big, complex deals.

6. Liaise with peer groups to execute Go-to-Market plan

7. Identify and onboard Partners

8. Create/Manage CXO relationships

Customer Liaising:

1. Establish, foster partnerships and relationships with key customers to understand their business needs and objectives

2. Develop cross sales by linking in-house solutions and services to customer needs. Understand industry and market trends and gather market intelligence to engage with customers for future business prospects.

3. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and first level presentations.

Stakeholder Management:

1. Work collaboratively across business units like, Engineering, Product, Marketing, Leadership etc. to develop and close strategic business deals.

2. Provide insights on market dynamics, product differentiation in competition, latest trend and liaise with product team to capture this.

Leadership and Interpersonal Skills:

1. Superior communication, presentation and Leadership skills in managing multiple stakeholders.

MIS Management

1. Sales forecasting and funnel management.
