Job Description & Skill Requirement:
-Assembly equipment technical assessment, design, and development and qualification.
-Work with team members and external manufacturing partners to ensure equipment meets quality system requirements.
-Responsible for the resolution of engineering and manufacturing problems using available technologies
-Process development experience i.e. characterization, measurement system analysis, GR&R and software validations is required.
-Experience with Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and mitigation control
-Strong technical communication skills and proven ability to work independently with external suppliers is required.
-Highly organized, strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
-Experience working in a multi-functional environment and partnering with cross functional team members on new product development
Qualification:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering required. A degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering with 6 years OR MS with 4 years in an R&D environment with emphasis product assembly and test equipment development is required.
