Job Description:
- Serve as technical lead for assigned services/projects for support/development work.
- Responsible for working closely with Account/Delivery Managers on multiple projects.
- Serve as technical owner accountable for project outcomes for assigned work.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives on an as requested basis.
- Participate in formal education program curriculum development, content creation, training delivery, and certification evaluations on an as-needed basis.
- Serve as liaison between sales accounts team, Delivery team, customer and the product end-users, ensuring the accounts team is aware of opportunities, risks, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Application Integration and Healthcare domain.
- 5+ years of experience building custom Rhapsody integrations in a healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in JavaScript within Rhapsody
- Hands on experience on Rhapsody Interface Support
- 2+ years’ experience with REST API integrations.
- Experience with HL7 v2, FHIR, X12, complex XML and other data standards applicable to healthcare domain..
- Demonstrates a proactive approach towards problem-solving and is self-sufficient in resolving tasks independently without guidance.
- Accountability to be able to work within a small group of stakeholders and senior consultants
- Demonstrates proficiency in processing and deciphering data from diverse sources, skillfully detecting correlations and patterns, and drawing causal inferences. Possesses a creative mindset, capable of generating multiple and innovative solutions, systematically evaluating each option, and ultimately selecting the most suitable approach.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team of developers and support analysts.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of project experience for integration projects on various Integration platforms.
- Experience using TLS for encryption and authentication
- Experience with HTTPS, Kafka, and AMQP communication protocols
- Experience with web services and cloud aware technologies
- Completed Rhapsody product Professional Certification
