Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop an automation strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Assess existing processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Design, develop, and implement automation scripts and workflows to optimize financial services processes.
• Utilize automation tools to enhance efficiency in data processing, reporting, and transactional workflows.
• Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions to ensure reliability, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to validate and document automation outcomes.
• Implement monitoring mechanisms to track the performance of automation processes.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support to address any issues or enhancements.
• Create comprehensive documentation for automation solutions, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Transfer knowledge to internal teams to ensure seamless integration and understanding.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to align automation initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Engage with external vendors for tool evaluation and integration.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in automation processes.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in automation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Eng.ing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Automation Eng., preferably within the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms.
• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, Java) and experience with scripting languages.
• Knowledge of financial processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
