Role Description
• Create RPA prototypes to analyze and provide to the client
• Implement enterprise RPA tools and/or assist with installation and setup steps for desktop versions
• Assist with RPA training and use guide documentation
• Assist functional team in identifying business cases that can be streamlined through RPA
• Assist with briefings and communications materials for customers, management, and executive stakeholders
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, develop and deepen long-lasting client relationships Required Skills & Experience
• Experience with requirements gathering and implementing UiPath automation to meet those requirements
• Customer troubleshooting experience
• Training and mentoring end users on development and delivery best practices/concepts
• Additional experience with RPA or Low/No Code tools
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Federal government consulting experience
• Understanding and experience implementing tools in a cloud environment
• Experience working with security teams to provide project documentation and address security findings
