RPA Developer

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements for RPA solutions.

Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using industry-leading tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Develop and configure automation workflows, scripts, and routines to meet business requirements.

Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

Conduct testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure quality and reliability.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for deployed RPA solutions.

Document design specifications, deployment instructions, and operational procedures for RPA projects.

Stay up-to-date with RPA industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in business processes through automation.

Participate in RPA governance activities, including code reviews, compliance assessments, and security audits.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proficiency in UiPath.

Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, Python, or VB.NET.

Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.

Experience With Process Analysis, Requirements Gathering, And Solution Design.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant certifications in RPA technologies (e.g., UiPath Certified Developer) are a plus.
