Roles and responsibilities
· Work closely with the teams and the US functional leads to identify ways to improve existing processes through automation, reduce lead times and increase overall speed to market / client touch by leveraging the resources.
· Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions using the Automation platform.
· Build and lead a high-performing RPA team, including developers, analysts, and other relevant roles and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the RPA team.
· Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
· Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance existing RPA solutions and optimize processes.
· Establish KPIs to measure the performance and impact of RPA initiatives. Regularly report on the progress of automation projects to senior leadership.
· Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in RPA and automation technologies and apply this knowledge to enhance our automation capabilities.
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
Required Skills and Experience
· Should have at least 5+ years of experience in architecture, development, deployment and scheduling of RPA and Digital solutions.
· Excellent leadership and communication skills.
· Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex RPA projects.
· Strong technical knowledge of RPA tools and technologies
· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Strong hands-on experience in UI automation using Selenium C#, SpecFlow, Playwright .NET.
· Extensive experience on Azure implementing automated solutions for cloud-based services.
· Experience in Azure services like Logic Apps, Function Apps, Containerizing Automation Bots both in windows and linux environments, Generating reports.
· Experience in writing automation, scheduling and orchestration tasks for various business processes and data workflows that should be highly scalable, maintainable in Azure.
· Strong experience in API Automation (RestSharp), Load and Performance Testing.
· Engage closely with software architect, Test Lead to deliver highly available and scalable services.
