Job Description

 

  • Working on incidence created by end users. This team is the last triage line before going back to our end users. Exp in Development and testing code for any issues and identifying the appropriate fix.
  • Experience in Sailpoint IIQ
  • Beanshell> Programming Language used for Sailpoint that runs on Java
  • Ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously and interface with end users and business teams effectively
  • Highly proficient in written and verbal communication as they will interface with customers and partners.
  • Needs Java (Beanshell), Sailpoint IAQ (All Access)
  • 3rd level tech support (look at code and solve)

     

Nice To Have

 

  • IAQ and Beanshell is preferred
  • Good Communication in written (documentation is important)

     

Java is primary, Python, Oracle and SQL (basic level, running scripts)
