Job Description:
Candidates will need to be US Citizens, but no clearance requirements other than the ability to obtain a Public Trust.
Demonstrated experience designing, architecting, implementing, operating, and maintaining identity management and governance solutions supporting full identity lifecycle management, provisioning, role and group management, user access certifications, compliance, and access requests; OR Strong demonstrated experience supporting multi-factor authentication adaptive access policies, and for desktop and mobile devices
Demonstrated experience leading teams and scoping and managing complex ICAM projects and providing strategic and technical advisory services.
Knowledge of cloud computing models (e.g. SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), zero trust security models, and mobile computing
Strong knowledge of HSPD-12/PIV/CAC, FIPS 201, FICAM, NIST SP 800-53, FISMA, and other federal ICAM-related directives, standards, and mandates.
Knowledge of SCIM, SOAP, REST and APIs
Knowledge of business process analysis and optimization
Demonstrated experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow or Okta
