- Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business stakeholders to activate and scale existing customers.
- Deep understanding of on-line panels, on-line sampling, offline studies, Qualitative and Quantitative and research methodologies.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer matters.
- Work closely with cross-functional internal teams including delivery teams and product teams to improve the entire customer experience.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Handle both strategic high-level management and transactional sales activity including creating project customer bids.
- Research and identify new business opportunities thus devising new lines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local, regional regulation.
- Strong hold on specific vendors requirement who can bring strategic entry point into line of businesses.
- Coach and train other sales members in the team
